The Instrument of Self

02 Apr

There’s a time and place for a silly face,

There’s a solemn spot to frown,

Sit awhile with a smile,

For sadness, hang upside down.

Grin to win, but snooze and lose,

Still, don’t forget to smirk,

The trick is to lick your cares away,

The technique is half the work.
